At JoyfulJive, we strive to provide the best sensory products to support your child's development. However, if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging.
  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Requests must be made within 30 days of receiving the product.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are exempt from being refunded:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale items (only regular priced items can be refunded)
  • Personalized or custom items

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@joyfuljive.com.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, please mail it to the return address provided in your return approval email. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
