How we ship

JoyfulJive partners with trusted brands, and your order ships directly from the brand that makes it. If you order from more than one brand, your items may arrive in separate packages.

Delivery times

• Most orders ship within 1–3 business days.
• Most orders arrive within 3–10 business days of being placed.
• A few made-to-order or specialty items take longer, up to 2–3 weeks. We'll let you know if an item in your order takes longer.

Shipping cost

Shipping is set by each brand and shown at checkout before you pay. Many of our brands offer free shipping, sometimes over a minimum order amount. If yours does, you'll see it at checkout.

Where we ship

We ship within the United States. Some brands can't deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, PO boxes or military addresses. If your address can't be served, we'll contact you before anything ships.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking email for each package as soon as it ships. Tracking can take a day or two to show updates.

Delays

Holidays and carrier issues can slow things down. If your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days, email us and we'll sort it out.

Please double-check your address at checkout. If you need to change it, email us right away, before your order ships.
